Thanks for using our Apps. In the rare case you find you have a problem, we offer the following helpful advice.

Most problems you may encounter while using our Apps are solved by these three tips. If these do not solve your problem, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at the email address at the bottom of this page.

Restart

  •  First, quit the App, by going to the iPhone home screen (press the home button once from the app).
  •  Then double click the Home button to bring up the App Manager.
  •  This bar is at the bottom of the screen, and should show the icons for recent Apps you’ve used.
  •  Press and hold the icon for the app you want to quit.
  •  After a couple of seconds the icons will ‘dance’ and show a red ‘stop’ icon.
  •  Click the red icon on the App you wish to restart. This will not delete the app, just stop it running.
  •  Its icon will disappear.
  •  Now press the Home button once to return to the Home screen.
  •  You can now restart the App by pressing it’s icon.

 Reboot

  •  If this does not help, it may be that the iPhone has become untidy with lots of use without rebooting.
  •  To reboot the iPhone, press and hold down the lock key on the top of the phone.
  •  A “slide to power off” button will appear.
  •  Slide this button, and the iPhone will shut down.
  •  Wait 10 seconds.
  •  Then hold down the lock button until the phone switches on again.
  •  When the home screen returns…
  •  Relaunch the App

 Reinstall

  •  If this also does not help, you may need to reinstall the App.
  •  Press and hold the icon for the app you want to quit.
  •  After a couple of seconds the icons will ‘dance’ and show a black and white ‘delete’ icon.
  •  Click the delete icon on the App you wish to remove. This will delete the app.
  •  Its icon will disappear.
  •  Now press the Home button once to return to the Home screen.
  •  You can now reinstall the App from the App Store.
